Each morning our chefs take deliveries from coastal areas across the UK. Whether it’s Dover Sole from the Cornish coast, or the Lindisfarne, Menai and Carlingford oysters that form the centrepiece of our impressive Plateau de Fruits de Mer, we’re passionate about serving the highest quality ingredients available.
On the Atlantic Bar menu you’ll find hand dived scallops from the Isle of Mull, harvested the day before they arrive in our kitchens. We also ensure that all fish on the Atlantic Bar menu follows the seasons; in summer months our guests can enjoy mackerel or salmon, and in winter cod or Pollock are available.
In September we celebrate the start of native oyster season. Loch Ryan oysters taste very pure, and Galway oysters have a lovely buttery texture to them, both of which match perfectly with a cool glass of Champagne.
